We have some great tips to help prepare your student for picture day.
Picture Day Tips:
Choose clothing that is simple and timeless. It's best to choose solid colors and simple patterns.
Haircuts are great before picture day. Try to schedule your appointment a week or two before picture day so that your child's hair looks more natural as it has a few days to grow in.
Give your student a quick check before heading out the door in the morning. Are their faces clean after breakfast? Is their shirt buttoned?
Let your student know that there will be a photographer taking their pictures. Picture day can be a little intimidating for younger children. Giving them a heads up and reassuring them that pictures are fun will put them more at ease.
It’s ok if Mary is wearing her hair down instead of in french braids or if Jack is insisting on wearing his "favorite" t-shirt after trying to convince him to wear the one you picked out. What’s important is that your student feels comfortable so that we can capture their natural personality.
